Accessibility statement
Effective date: the date this website is published; last revised September 3, 2026. DeRosa Law Firm wants this website to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnification, voice control, or keyboard-only navigation.
Our standard
We aim for this site to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. This is an ongoing goal we are still working toward, not a claim of full conformance or a one-time certification. We treat accessibility as something to maintain as the site changes, not a box to check once.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML so screen readers and other assistive technology can correctly interpret headings, lists, and page structure.
- Full keyboard navigability so every interactive element (links, buttons, form fields) can be reached and used without a mouse.
- Color contrast designed to meet WCAG AA minimums for text and meaningful graphical elements.
- Alt text on informative images, so their content is available to people using screen readers.
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences, if your device is set to reduce motion, this site limits non-essential animation accordingly.
- Labeled form fields, including on the case review form, so each field’s purpose is clear to assistive technology, not just visually.
- Accessible spam protection: the site’s forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which verifies visitors without requiring anyone to solve visual puzzles or decipher distorted text.
Known limitations
No website is perfectly accessible at every moment, and we would rather say that plainly than overclaim. Some third-party elements on this site (for example, components delivered through our hosting platform or form plugin) may not fully meet the same standard we hold our own content to.
As of the last review, we are working on: a skip-to-content link and a consistent main landmark on every page; clearer grouping and error messages on the case review form; and a more compact, keyboard-friendly navigation menu on small screens.
If you encounter a barrier, on a page we built directly or on a third-party element, we want to know about it and will work to address it.Feedback and contact

Please describe the page you were on, the issue you ran into, and, if relevant, the browser or assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within two business days and to address confirmed barriers as quickly as reasonably possible.
If you need to reach us about a legal matter and are having difficulty using the website to do so, you’re welcome to call or email directly rather than using the online forms.
Ongoing review
We intend to re-check this site against WCAG 2.2 AA at least quarterly, and whenever we make a significant update to the site’s design or content, to catch and correct issues that come up as the site evolves.

Deadlines in California are short and unforgiving: some claims expire in months, not years. A free, confidential case review tells you where you stand while every option is still open. Reviewed by the attorney. Typically replies within 48 hours.
